The harm caused from being raised by emotionally immature parents (EIP) impacts you as an adult in so many ways. You experience anxiousness, self-doubt, overthinking, people pleasing, poor boundaries, exhaustion, shame & guilt often. I specialize in helping millennial women who were raised by EIPs using a holistic approach to therapy. My clients don't want traditional talk therapy- they want a structured AND compassionate approach. I combine skills training, DBT-PE, CBT, attachment-based techniques & mindfulness practices to heal at the root of your issues, discover what you want out of life & create lasting changes to break cycles.
I help women struggling with anxiety, ADHD & trauma from EIPs & narcissistic abuse. I'm a millennial therapist with a modern, holistic approach. I have been trained extensively in CBT as well as DBT & DBT-PE by certified clinicians who played key roles in DBT's creation.We can tie in spirituality (if that's your thing!) to connect to yourself more deeply.
