I am a licensed professional clinical counselor specializing in treating trauma, perinatal mental health (mental health needs that arise during and after pregnancy) and working with the LGBTQ+ population. I am certified in EMDR therapy and am also a registered dance/movement therapist.

I have spent many hours on both sides of the therapy couch, which inspired my journey to become a mental health therapist. My experience as both client and therapist informs my work and speaks to how my approach may feel different: we come together and work collaboratively to help create a healthy whole.

There is no hierarchy here. You are the expert in your own experience. My role is to come alongside you and offer specialized knowledge and reflection to help you get to where you want to be.
