I often work with people who expereince anxiety, depression, feelings of low self-worth, or a generaI feeling of being stuck. We will work together to identify your goals and tailor your treatment to that. I am certified in EMDR therapy which can be useful for helping us process and let go of things from the past, as well as manage present/future stressors.
