As a licensed therapist with specialized training in play therapy and the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), I’m here to offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where healing can begin. Play therapy provides children the opportunity to express themselves through play, which is their natural language, while SSP is an evidence-based approach designed to calm the nervous system and enhance emotional regulation.

I believe that all children have the capacity for growth and healing when provided with the right tools and environment, which is play and toys. Genuine client/therapist relationships are the biggest factor of change, making rapport building essential to the therapy process.

I am passionate about helping children find their voice and overcome the challenges they face.
