Hello! My name is Alyssa and I offer individual therapy for people ages 16 yo and up who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. I am trained in many interventions such as CBT, DBT, and stress management. I will meet you where you are at, and together, we can identify what approaches best target your symptoms and help you achieve your goals.

Together, we will figure out how to live your life differently so your anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and/or trauma no longer impacts you in the same way. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and a heavy emphasis on the relationship. People are hurt in relationship and are also healed in relationship.

Keep in mind that everything you do has a functional reason for it. Therapy helps you lessen your shame and guilt so you can understand yourself better and move forward.
