I support individuals by bridging the gap between where they are right now and where they want to be in the future! My main goal is to help everyone live happier lives and feel better about themselves doing it. I have a general practice, which means that I work with a variety of people with a variety of issues in individual and couple counseling. My area of interest is working with people through individual therapy, who may find themselves overwhelmed, stressed, depressed or anxious in their daily lives. My therapeutic style is supportive, warm, honest, and non-judgmental.
I will be using mostly cognitive-behavioral therapy, along with brief/solution focused and reality therapy. These will provide you with tools to use well after therapy ends, so you can be as independent as possible.
