You don't only want coping strategies, you want to address the route of your symptoms.

I've been treating clients since 2013. Since 2017 my focus has been on trauma. I often treat clients who have been in talk therapy for years and didn't get the results they had hoped for. EMDR is a bit different than traditional talk therapy. If memories still have the power to make your body react simply by bringing the memory to mind, I can help.
