After two decades of working in corporate finance, I made the leap to counseling and could not be happier. My ideal client is a human who is struggling to make sense out of all this craziness who is looking for an equally whackadoodle counselor who can sit alongside through all the hard and ugly stuff. I do not have a perfect life; I don't have much figured out. What I do know, though, is that being in the presence of another human being who unconditionally accepts you and sees your worth is healing. That attachment experience heals old wounds like nothing I've ever seen before.

I specialize in working with teens, adults and couples. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and especially enjoy working with anyone who identifies on that spectrum as well. I like couples work, cutting to the core of the same old fights to address unmet needs from both partners. I also really like the rotten snot teenagers!

I would be happy to help you, sit with you in your current situation and hold space for you to shatter if you need to. I'm good with duct tape and spackle ;> I have completed Level II of the Gottman Couples Therapy curriculum as well.

I use attachment theory to provide a non-judgmental space to my clients to explore their truth. I will ask lots of questions to help you discern your needs and how you'd like to go about getting them met. We laugh A LOT in my office. There's plenty of space for crying too - it's all part of the human experience and I'm here for all of it. You cannot shock or offend me, I promise!
