I am passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced trauma or are navigating concerns like depression, anxiety, or challenges in the relationships in their lives. My goal is to walk alongside you on your healing journey. With extensive training and experience, I incorporate EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other therapeutic approaches into my practice. These approaches focus on processing difficult experiences, developing skills to manage symptoms such as panic attacks and dissociation, and moving towards a life aligned with your true self.
Above all, I strive to create an environment grounded in support, respect, trust, and safety, allowing you to explore your experiences with curiosity. I am also committed to integrating anti-oppressive practices, so please feel free to bring your whole self into the space!
Beyond individual therapy, I also enjoy providing supervision to Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) on their way to independent licensure. I look forward to hearing from you to discuss whether you feel I am a good fit for your needs.
