My style of therapy is direct, experiential, and relational. I see individuals as a confluence of biological, psychological, and social factors and address all three in my approach. I believe that finding a therapeutic fit is important so I offer a commitment-free consultation so that you can ask me any questions you might have, and I can get to know you.
I specialize in addiction/ recovery, betrayed-partner trauma, complex trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.
