Behavioral and cognitive patterns can have a significant impact on our lives, relationships, and sense of self-worth. I would love to come alongside you to help you identify and disrupt negative patterns and develop improved skills to grow and handle challenges. My specialities include: anxiety, trauma, grief, self esteem issues, life transitions, communication, and setting boundaries.
I utilize EMDR as well as talk therapy to help you reach your goals. I enjoy working with adolescents and individual adults. I am also trained to do premarital counseling with couples using Prepare/Enrich and Symbis materials. I am a Christian and employ an integrated approach to counseling for those wanting to work with a Christian counselor.
