I specialize in treating trauma and anxiety and work with adolescents, adults and the LGBTQIA+ community. Talk therapy alone is often not enough to help alleviate distressing emotions like PTSD symptoms or anxiety which is why I often integrate "somatic experiencing", which aims to restore/heal where trauma responses reside in our bodies.
