I have worked for over a decade in the mental health field in various forms. I have an unquenchable curiosity regarding the human experience and how we choose to live our lives and foster our relationships. I love helping others find their way to live their best lives. I would be honored to be a part of that journey with you. I have worked with all walks of life. I work with trauma healing, anxiety, depression, dissociation, and helping other's connect to their body. I also enjoy helping others use mindfulness, meditation, intuition and expressive arts to find what they align to for healing in their lives.
I am formally trained in various trauma-informed modalities including IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as Expressive arts, DBT, CBT and Polyvagal informed approaches. I take a holistic approach to healing, therefore am mindful of the variety of aspects that can affect someone in their life.
Through personal experiences and professional endeavors, I have built my understanding of psychology and mental health from the ground up. I have made it a point to learn and understand various aspects of psychology and have adopted the ideology of being a lifelong learner, so let's learn about you together!
