I actively work from a queer affirming, kink and poly friendly, anti-bias, systems-based lens. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy form the foundation of my work but I draw from many modalities. I have a background in addiction treatment as well as targeted treatment for OCD and phobias.
I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families on a range of issues. I believe that therapy is not “one size fits all” and we will collaborate and explore to discover what is most helpful for you.
