Evening and Weekend Availability - I have been working as a therapist since 2011 after obtaining a master’s degree in professional counseling and master’s degree in Addictions Counseling which I achieved at Grand Canyon University along with my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Arizona. My experience helping others navigate Trauma, Grief & Loss, Pregnancy & Postpartum and a variety of other life struggles has brought me here to come alongside you as you transform.
I have acquired extensive training and experience with Grief to include Perinatal Loss and Infertility. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
I am a mother of 3 with only 2 living children. I understand the vulnerability that comes with sitting in the therapy chair and the courage it takes to heal.
