As a clinical psychologist, I will work with you to create an individualized, evidence-based treatment which will help you meet your objectives. I am here to provide you guidance and support through your most difficult time. Mental health is my business and I take it seriously.
In addition to therapy, Dr. Stripling conducts neuropsychological assessment to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Psychological and cognitive testing can facilitate a better understanding of each of our specific strengths and limitations. From there, recommendations are made to learn compensatory strategies for limitations and build upon strengths.
Dr. Stripling acknowledges that each person has what they need to accomplish their goals in treatment. My aim is for patients to leave sessions with a better understanding of themselves, empowered, and motivated to take steps to accomplish their goals.
