I enjoy working most notably with teens and young adults, going through transitions and looking to reconnect back with themselves to reclaim direction and purpose. Through our work together, we learn to discover and transcend limiting patterns, core beliefs and trauma, in order to reduce suffering and reclaim your most authentic self. Within each of us lies an inner "knowing" which always desires our fullest potential in this life. Its when we learn to slow down, soften, accept and allow this knowledge, that we give ourselves permission to change.
I specialize in working with young adults, most notably men. My techniques stem from trauma-informed practices such as Somatic based therapy (Hakomi), EMDR and Internal Family Systems. I am currently seeing clients in-person and online.
Each person entering therapy has a unique reason for what brings you to seek help. Its my highest intention to create a safe and supportive space where you can show up as you are.
