I know accessing therapy services can be difficult, especially when it feels the most necessary. I believe that our world around us can shape our experiences and mental health, and I strive to work from an anti-racist and intersectional feminist viewpoint. I work from a person-centered perspective, meaning I want to get to know and understand you as an individual. Only you know who you want to be, and I see it as my job to collaborate and provide new tools to get you there. I draw from various modalities, including Dialectic Behavior Therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches.
In addition to my experience as a therapist and crisis counselor, I am a RYT 200 level yoga teacher with a specialty in mindfulness and physical practice for those in larger bodies.
