We'll "unpack", brainstorm and create a list of tools for you use use in work and home to manage stress and find more connection with others.
My specialty is working with folks who identify as autistic and/or ADHD as well as those who have chronic illnesses. Those who feel lonely and resentful from experiences that minimize or misunderstand their feelings and perspectives. Beyond talking, we'll use EMDR as well as body-based interventions to help you understand what you need and plan how to get it
I think a big part of what makes therapy work is having down to earth approach, with authenticity at the core. If you don't trust that I "get it", it's hard to share.
