Treatment goals are tailored to each client and use integrative and holistic counseling techniques. My experience includes work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, assertiveness and boundary issues. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and help clients heal from childhood and adult psychological and physical trauma.
