Hey there! I'm glad you found my profile. I got into counseling personally because I experienced hope and healing when I was alone, addicted, and in a dark place. Growing up as an Asian-American, I was told that I needed to study more and pray more when I wasn't doing well. Everything changed for me when I experienced a healthy, authentic connection with God, my youth pastor, and my professional counselor. I began my own journey of self-discovery and realized that I'm here to help others find out who they are and become more confident and resilient.
I'm passionate about getting to know your story and empowering you to thrive in life. I enjoy helping people battling depression, anxiety, mental/emotional neglect, cultural identify conflict, and complex family issues.
