As a clinician, Tony strives to understand and connect with his clients on a deeper level to tackle life difficulties and struggles together. Tony has helped those who struggle with life transitions, grief, stress, anxiety, and depression. His experiences range from various care settings, including Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Tony’s clinical training has taken place in community mental health and school-based therapy.
In an effort to tackle and destigmatize mental health services within the Latinx Community, Tony, a second-generation Ecuadorian immigrant, also emphasizes working with those with Hispanic/Latinx backgrounds, identities, or origins. Tony is bilingual and is able to communicate fluently in Spanish. He is also an avid listener of Bad Bunny, Rauw Alejandro.
