Hello there. Thank you for reading my profile. I've been working in the Lakeview area for over a decade now. I offer counseling aimed at enhancing your natural strengths, introduce new coping abilities, challenge unproductive thoughts, beliefs, and patterns of behavior, as well as providing you the opportunity to try on a new perspective toward your life. I have focused predominately on issues that impact the LGBTQ+ population, as well as variety of communities located in the area.
I provide Individual Psychotherapy, as well as supportive Substance Abuse Counseling. My primary approaches to counseling are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a 12-Step foundation framework, although I do utilize other approaches based on the individual needs and beliefs of the client. I see client's in person, and via telehealth.
My office is located at Wellness Home Medical Clinic. We house a group of Masters prepared therapists. Please feel free to reach out to us via email or a phone call. We accept most PPO insurances and Medicare.
