My approach encourages self-empowerment by allowing clients to be active participants in the change process and ultimately reach the personal growth they desire.
I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and I specialize in: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and relational difficulties. As an immigrant, I am passionate about working with immigrants and adult children of immigrants who experience stressors, such as balancing a bicultural/multicultural identity and navigating the barriers of a new country.
