Trained in Gottman-Method couples therapy and Emotionally-Focused Therapy, both research-based approaches are the most effective treatment approaches and have a prolonged success rate of over 70%. I'm also a Bringing Baby Home educator and work with new-parenthood transitions.

I provide ongoing support so that couples can maximize the tools and resources given to them in session so that they continue working on and improving their relationship.
