As a licensed counselor in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio, my nearly 20 years of experience have helped me cultivate a strategy of tailoring counseling to each person; ultimately it is about what works for you! Clinically I am primarily an ACT therapist, but I use many other modalities (e.g. IFS, DBT and CBT) to individually help clients achieve their goals.
Therapy can be scary and challenging, but you can do it! Researchers have found that your brain is wired primarily for protection.
