My therapeutic approach combines client-centered, mindfulness and strength-based therapies. I utilize inner child and parts work, in addition to cognitive behavioral therapy. I integrate these styles to create an authentic, open environment to guide you into understanding yourself better. This is the key to making meaningful change.
