As a new mom myself, I have first hand experience with the challenges of parenthood. I have a passion for helping adolescents, teens and adults work through life’s challenges and meet their goals. I strive to help people live the life they are worthy of living.
I have 5 years of experience working in individual, group and couples counseling settings. I use an eclectic, person centered approach. I believe in working alongside clients on their path to change instead of leading the way. I use multiple counseling modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MI and strength-based approaches.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I believe every individual has the ability to live the life they deserve.
