In therapy, I prioritize your sense of safety, connection, and autonomy.

I provide trauma-informed integrative care, implementing multiple tools to help you explore your patterns, cultivate greater awareness, and facilitate the change you wish to see. I believe healing takes time, but feeling better can happen now.
