In our work together, we will use your nervous system to explore the connection between your mind and body, tapping into the wisdom held within your physical experiences. Through somatic psychotherapy, we can uncover and release stored tensions and traumas, promoting holistic healing and greater self-awareness.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world, develop new insights, and cultivate resilience.
