I work with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. The clients I treat are often high-achievers dealing with school and/or career-related stress, strained relationships, perfectionism, and self-esteem issues. I will pull from a variety of evidence-based practices and clinical interventions to support your growth.
