As a feral child of the 80s and 90s, I understand the pressure of feeling like you can't count on anyone but yourself. As a mother of 5, I understand the overwhelm, isolation, exhaustion, & fear of the mother who doesn't know who she is anymore. As a survivor of a marriage that fell apart & had to be rebuilt & is not just surviving but thriving over 20yrs later, I know the healing power of connection & emotional intimacy in relationships. My approach considers current lifestyle choices & abilities, potential for faith & spiritual connection as a resource, core beliefs that might be limiting your growth, your closest relationships and how deep they are, and treatment for past or current trauma. I strive to respect the cultural and religious values and beliefs of my clients and their families.
