I specialize in empowering individuals, through difficult life transitions toward their best life, supporting parents (single and coparenting) and educating individuals on how nutrition, and mindfulness techniques enhance and protect our mental health. Due to my extensive experience working with mothers and daughters ( independently of each other) I've been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Network. As your therapist, I take on different roles to guide you through your process focusing on whole person care and integrative wellness . I also offer systemic coaching for those who would like a more direct approach to reaching goals.
