I am a compassionate, heart-connected holistic psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience. I empower individuals to trust in their inherent wisdom to heal. My approach combines traditional psychotherapy with complementary practices such as mindfulness and spiritual integration to address trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and stress in the mind, body, and spirit.
