I use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques along with bibliotherapy to help you reach your goals. Each session end with a homework assignment that you complete during the week. It may be reading a chapter of a book and telling me what you think about it, memorizing a Bible verse that you can recall for crisis management, or asking your spouse to go out on a spicy date.
