I specialize in helping young women and couples understand how childhood trauma and conditioning affects adult decision making. Through mindfulness, Inner Relationship Focusing, Internal Family Systems, creative exploration and time in nature, we work to empower you in having positive experiences in relationships, work, spirituality, and life long learning.
I know how hard it is to manage when you are experiencing inner and outer conflict.
