My approach is grounded in existential and humanistic theories, with a focus on integrating mindfulness and compassion into relationships with self and others. I utilize Brainspotting, somatic and narrative tools, and also integrate the latest research in attachment, neurobiology and trauma. Together we can make more room for presence, connectedness and joy.
