I have several years' experience with PTSD (including complex PTSD), anxiety, panic disorders, depression, and more. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, and CBT, as well as mindfulness-based stress reduction. More importantly, I believe in being a real person with you so you can feel safe and know that I see you as a whole person, not as your problems or a diagnosis.
