I have focused primarily on individuals with multiple cultural identities, such as military veterans, LGBTQ2Spirit, POC, and people recovering from various forms of trauma experience, such as physical and sexual abuse and trauma, community violence, and systemic oppression. My personal and professional background is occupationally, culturally, and racially diverse.
I bring 20 years of experience working with somatic therapies. I specialize in providing integrated psychological support with a strong foundation in mind/body approaches to health and wellbeing, trauma research and recovery, feminist and indigenous psychology, and social justice. I also employ Lifespan Integration as a powerful component to care.
Our journeys in life can sometimes get overwhelming and complicated. It can feel scary and disorienting when we feel cut off from what we need to make our way. I believe we all have inherent wisdom and capacity for insight that can be nurtured in therapy to get to where we want to be, regardless of what we carry with us.
