I take an action-oriented approach helping you to gain insight, learn new coping skills, meet your goals, and leave each session with strategies to take into your week. I do my best to make the therapy process enjoyable while you get to experience yourself in new ways.
My style is proactive and solution focused without being harsh. Encouraging without pressuring. I am happy to support you in learning to better cope with stressors, regain control, and find peace in your daily life. Together, we’ll work on tricky emotions, self-esteem, boundary-setting, and fostering a happier, more fulfilling life.
