Hi there! Is anxiety/fear reducing the quality of your life? I get that. Anxiety and fear are at the very core of many of our significant obstacles in life: avoidance, isolation, procrastination, underachievement, etc. As the wise saying goes, "Everything you want in life is on the other side of fear." And I truly believe that.
I love helping clients recognize how they are being held back and limited by their fears, and to rise above them. This can range from anxiety around friends/at work to specific phobias. I use a hybrid of coaching and therapy to help you find your way out towards true freedom.
Unique to my practice is the value I put on the level of connection and attention with each individual client. For this reason, I limit the total number clients I see to a relatively low number.
