I help individual adults and couples get "unstuck" from the things that hold them back. Anxiety and stress, depression and exhaustion, and relationship difficulties are a few of my specialities, but I really believe people are complex and much more than a label or symptoms. Life is full of curve balls, difficulties, and wonderful experiences that all mix together and influence how we see ourselves and the world around us. Through support, guidance, and challenge, I help clients feel better and enjoy their lives more.
My approach is warm, relational, and root cause oriented. It's important to me that every person I see feels understood, supported, and validated, and I also understand how necessary it is for clients to get something more than "just listening" out of therapy. My training helps guide me toward understanding the underlying causes of the pain clients feel.
