I believe change comes from within but sometimes knowing where to start can be difficult. My goal is to be the guide and sounding board needed to assist you through your journey of evolution. Change can be hard, healing can be hard, but I'm here to walk the path with you.
I like to use a client centered approach. Where we define strengths and resources and use those to help you get to your goal. Sometimes it takes someone outside of use to highlight both our strengths and resources and I would love to be that person for you. I use a very nonjudgmental approach and meet you where you are in the change process.
