My professional area of focus is working with adults who have ADHD. I have specialized training in working with adults with ADHD and various executive functioning concerns. The impacts of ADHD can show up at school, work, home, and social life regardless of one's age or life stage. It's important to truly understand ADHD and see your own strengths, which can propel you to meet those goals that have, until now, seemed unattainable.
As an Adult ADHD Executive Functioning Coach and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have a background in psychodynamic psychotherapy and can help support the common co-occurring symptoms of ADHD, including anxiety and depression. I am able to offer both counseling and coaching sessions, which allows for intentionality and flexibility in your treatment.
