I'm a licensed professional counselor specializing in anxiety, depression, childhood emotional neglect, and life transitions. I utilize Accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP) with a focus on helping both your body and mind process emotions. I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally competent care to all of my clients.
