Life can be hard. It can be even more difficult to ask for help in managing life’s daily struggles. I believe that anybody can benefit from participating in therapy, regardless of what life experiences you have had. Whether you feel like your problems are large or small, they are equally as valid and deserving of assistance in helping resolve them. I help people uncover what might be getting in the way of authentic and meaningful living.
I offer telehealth & in-person counseling services to people with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues, and LGBTQ+ folx. I am EMDR trained, use a trauma-focused framework, and work collaboratively with clients to explore meaningful interventions.
The space I provide in therapy is accepting and open so you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences and exploring your problems without judgment. There is absolutely nothing off the table. We will create goals together to make a path to achieve what you are looking to accomplish, and I will be there to support you along the way.
