I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Counselor that specializes in addiction, eating disorders, chronic illness, and co-occurring mental health issues. I am also trained in Brainspotting and use a trauma-informed approach in all of my work.
My inspiration to become a therapist stems from my own journey which includes substance use and eating disorder recovery, type 1 diabetes, and an immune disorder. I feel called to support others as they adapt to the difficulties of caring for their bodies after a difficult diagnosis
