I work with clients who are facing depression, anxiety, complex PTSD and dissociation. They experience a greater sense of stability, calm and inner resiliency. Those who have endured traumatic events are no longer troubled by distressing memories.
I use a combination of traditional talk therapy and Somatic Experiencing, a gentle method of body-oriented therapy that supports a natural release of stress. This creates an overall feeling calm, even in people who find relaxation exercises difficult. Go ahead. Call. You'll thank yourself.
