Life can be challenging, and these challenges often results in feelings of stress, anxiety, sadness and a multitude of other feelings that are hard to deal with. Sometimes, those feelings are difficult to manage on your own and there is nothing wrong with needing help. I am here to help you build skills, motivation, and the desire to make positive change in your life. As a counselor I can offer you unconditional support and a nonjudgemental space to express yourself and your needs. I can help if you are experiencing struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and disturbing intrusive thoughts.
I am currently an LPC intern just months away from Residency under the supervision of Jennie Polizzi who is a fully licensed counselor with years of experience and knowledge that she extends to me. I am near completing my MA in Forensic Psychology and am constantly working to build my knowledge and skillset through certifications, articles, and books.
I have experience supporting and providing therapy to multicultural populations, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I work with people who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety and offer a client-centered approach that places you as the expert in your own life as we work together. I am here for you no matter what you are struggling with.
