Flourish Beyond Therapy was created with the intent of coming alongside individuals, families, and couples in the midst of trauma, relational hardship, and complex and painful feelings. It is my goal to provide you with a safe space as we help you find healing and wholeness again or for the very first time. Our work towards healing and wholeness will be collaborative and we will use interventions that work best for you, your values, and your goals.
I practice through a client-centered and relational approach and primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal family systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I see deep value in relational therapy because research has shown that clients who have good rapport established with their therapists, have greater success in therapy.
